At Morgan Wallen Merch Hub , our goal is to make every purchase smooth and worry-free. While all sales are final, we proudly offer 30 Days Easy Returns & Exchanges for eligible orders to ensure you always have a secure shopping experience.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • A flat $20 processing/restocking fee applies to all cancellations
  • If your order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  • Refunds for approved cancellations are processed to the original payment method

Order Changes

Need to update size, color, or shipping details?

  • You have 24 hours to request changes
  • After 24 hours, or once the order enters processing, edits are not guaranteed

Returns & Exchanges (30-Days)

We are not offered total refund payemnt due to order processing system but we gladly offer exchanges or store credit for 30 days under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Exchange If:

✔ Wrong item received
✔ Defective / damaged product
✔ Apparel sizing problem (exchange only, depends on stock availability)

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Must include original packaging & tags
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake is ours
  • Exchanges are based on current inventory availability

Important Notes

  • Store Credit Policy: If a replacement is unavailable, we issue store credit equal to the item’s value
  • Fraud Prevention: In certain cases, returns may be validated through additional verification
  • Incorrect Address: Orders returned due to wrong/incomplete addresses can be reshipped at customer expense

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a wrong or damaged item:

📩 Email us within 7 days or fill the contact and tell the issue
Attach:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Packaging images

We will prioritize your replacement at no extra cost.
